This car is from 600's of Planet Parle, quite far from current world i set for illustration.
Just I wanted to draw my ideal Police car.
In my opinion, Police car should be like...
Have dancing long antenna
Tiny tire with veery soft suspension
Dropping wheel caps!!
crashes into anything (traffic lights, bushes, wall...)
and most importantly, looks cheap!!

I searched "zaporozhets" and coloring is almost same!
What a shame, I can't say this is original
