Anti Ship Torpedo boat Catena

Mel = Pazelian torpedo boat. compare to Strelka fav.me/d67n77g it has more agility and productivity.
however, due to it's short cruising range and hopeless armor, it cannot fight in front line. Small size let her perform like heavy fighter, it is reeeeealllly slow though.
